Ron Cannizzaro / 27 year Teamster and current Local 150 Business Agent

Ron Cannizzaro became a Teamster in March of 1999 when he went to work for URM stores Local 690 in Spokane Washington. He then moved back to California and went to work as a driver for Albertsons distribution center in Roseville in April of 2001. In 2004, he ran for shop steward for the drivers, was elected, and served for 7 years until he became a business agent in 2011. Since then, he has had the pleasure of serving the members in many different job classes . He served on the Sacramento County building trades executive board and has extensive experience negotiating private and public contacts. He also has experience arbitrating contract interpretation cases and disciplinary termination cases for the members at Local 150. He currently represents Central, Cemex, Syar, Silgan Containers, SWS, Wayside Lumber, Bimbo, Teamsters Training Center, UNFI Rocklin, and works construction for the local. Please know that the members will always be his priority and service to them will be forever respected.
