Elias Hernandez has been a proud member of the Teamsters since 2006 and has served as a Shop Steward with Teamsters Local 150 for over 10 years at Keurig Dr Pepper.
He has played a key role in contract negotiations, successfully handled numerous grievances, and represented members in arbitration, consistently advocating for fair treatment and strong contract enforcement. Elias brings experience, preparation, and a member-first approach to every issue he takes on.
Dedicated to both the union and the community, Elias volunteers in local community projects and is committed to continuous growth to better serve Teamsters and working families.
